Schools are also in good hands with us. On more than 120 km hiking and walking trails visitors enjoy the unique panorama. The free alpine-orienteering trails leads along the hiking trail from Niederhorn to Vorsass. In Vorsass you can hire a Trotti-bike (from 6 years). Or watch our local animals on a wild animal observation (guided).
On more than 120 km of hiking and moutain trails, visitors and hikers can enjoy the unique panorama of the lake and the majestic white summits of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The flora and fauna on the Niederhorn is worthy of protection and will definitely take your breath away.
The fascination of orienteering is the independent planning of the shortest route and the feeling of success when finding the posts. Three trails with different levels of difficulty are ready to be discovered by your class. There is something to suit every age.
The highlight for young and old are the popular runs with Trotti-bikes from Vorsass to Beatenberg. You can choose from two different routes. We have kid’s Trottis which especially suit school age children.
Thanks to the well preserved nature there are still many wild animals living on the Niederhorn. With some luck, early birds will be rewarded with the sights of ibex, mountain goats, marmots and the king of the sky – the golden eagle.
